Community Garage Sale

March 24 & 25, 2007

The Elk Ridge HOA has approved a Community Garage Sale on March 24 & 25. The gates will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on each day. Volunteers will place an ad on “Craig’s List” as well as post signs for the two day garage sale event. Each homeowner who wishes to participate must do so on their own property. No selling will be permitted in the community parks.

New Board Member

The board would like to welcome it's new member, Giacomo Zarcone, who, along with Kelley Murphy, was elected to the board of directors in last night's annual meeting. Kelley will be returning for her second 2 year term on the board.

As there were only 2 people on the ballot and 3 open positions, the remaining position will be filled by the board shortly, as outlined in the By-laws.
