Front Gate
If you've been wondering why the front gate hasn't been working... the panel failed about a month ago, but the good news is that it should be fixed by Friday June 17th, according to our maintenance coordinator from TAM.

Call Taylor Association Management at (702) 736-9450. They'll put you in the directory on the front gate and give you the code.
