When are the streets going to be slurred or the black tar over the streets? Also there is scraped up block walls all over the place that need repair. Also we need a clean up crew to clean up the left over construction debris that the builder left behind. Also out the front entrances have planters that used to have flowers in them now they have weeds in the planters why is this? At the last meeting the HOA said they are 40,000 ahead why are we not seeing improvements around the community? I talked to Legal counsel today and I heard some good news regarding these issues please let me know the status of these issues. The Bod@elskridge.com does not work via email so how can I send complaints to the HOA. I also have 35 signatures of homeowners that are not happy with this HOA and you guys are going to hear it at the next meeting we are going to try to fire Taylor Management as our HOA for breach of contract. I need all above issues addressed please!

I forwarded your posting to the Board (elkridgehoa.com instead of elkridge.com). This is the first time I'm hearing your compaints. How would you like a response? (Since you posted as anonymous, I have no email or mailing address for you.)
Yeah, I don't like to put email addresses on websites because the spambots go around collecting anything with an @ in it and send spam to the address. You had the part before the @ sign correct, BoD and you just had to change what was after the @ to elkridgehoa.com, just like the website.
