Our office has received several requests for information and updates on proposed future tenants in Town Center.  The Montecito Marketplace on Durango Drive and Elkhorn Road has a preliminary list of proposed tenants:  Sierra Health Services, Ulta: Cosmetics, Colonial Bank; Johnny Carino's Italian Restaurant, US Bank, Arby's, Timbers, Clark County Credit Union, Chili's (Pending), Wells Fargo, Tan Factory, Starbucks, Pick Up Stix, Sammy's Woodfire Grill, Keva Juice, Smith's, Deli, Fabulous Freddy's Carwash, Al Phillips Cleaners, Great Clips, Red Persimmon Nails, Fed Ex Kinko's and TJ Maxx.  There is also a proposed Bob's Big Boy on the west side of Durango Drive and Elkhorn Road.  Additionally, there is a Burger King application on the northwest side of the Kohl's site.
