Planning Commission Meeting Postponed??
I just heard from our HOA president, who heard from a homeowner in Elk Ridge, that the city is postponing next week's planning commission meeting to May 25th and is going to call everyone who attended last Monday's meeting. Apparently, they want to meet with a small group of homeowner's to try and come up with a plan for the 160 acres north of us that will work for us.

My name is Dale Wolfe and I live on Running Rabbit. I am a realtor, have attended both meetings concerning the land to the North of us and have gathered much information about home values, rents and some other information as well. I would like to discuss this info with the powers that be in our association and possibly participate in a small meeting with the city of las vegas prior to any neighborhood meeting.
