I completely forgot to mail my registration letter out! Is it okay to do so now? Will there be consequences?
I'd mail it out. I'm sure there are many people that never mailed it. I believe the intent was to avoid towing vehicles because the board couldn't identify who they belonged to but were violating the parking rules.
For an authoritative answer though, email the board or the property manager.
