Home Painting

During the most recent inspections, many homes were sent a courtesy notice regarding the exterior paint.  Rest assured, you aren’t the only one.  Many of the homes are fading very unevenly or just fading so much that the spray lines are now visible.  The green paint seems to have been especially bad, fading to a yellow color on many of the pop outs in the neighborhood.

If you wish to refresh the colors that your home was originally painted, Dunn Edwards has the color schemes here:  http://bit.ly/2xMabRe
Downloaded as single file here: http://bit.ly/2yHkh46

If you want to change the colors, which is encouraged, you must submit an Architectural Review request: http://bit.ly/1si3FXh  Different shades of the existing colors are the colors most easily approved.

There is a form that has to be submitted back to Nicklin confirming the house was painted. Is there a link to that form? Or should I contact Nicklin directly to get another copy mailed?

Thank you

If you just email elkridge@nicklincm.com and give them your address and let them know you painted that should be sufficient.
