Planters
If you were wondering why there aren't any flowers in the planters near the entrances, the board has been waiting for the weather to cool off and we are going to have perennials planted, instead of the annuals that had been being planted in the past.

I am new to this community, but it does seem that the upkeep from not only the association, but the homeowners is not monitored. Is there not a landscaper that is supposed to trim the plants, and trees, as well as pull weeds, and make sure the place looks nice, and is there not someone that monitors what the homeowners are doing? As far as leaving trash cans out, weeds as tall as trees? I don't believe an association should be over strict, but have some pride in what is here.
Actually, all of that is done.
I have been upset with this HOA for a while for not keeping up the community. The person below I guess does not drive around the neighborhood very often or he or she would see the garbage all over the community. We as homeowners need to all go to the meeting and complain about the poor management of this community. Please let’s all go and fight together to make sure this HOA DOES IT'S JOB WHICH IT IS NOT DOING!
